Live at the Fillmore – The Definitive Tribute to the Original Allman Brothers Band will play the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Tickets include dinner and the show. A cash bar will be available.
The original Allman Brothers Band performed regularly at New York’s Fillmore East Auditorium, run by legendary promoter Bill Graham. The Allman Brothers Band played often enough at Fillmore to be called ‘Bill Graham’s house band.’
These shows left an indelible impression on the members of the LIVE AT THE FILLMORE band.
LIVE AT THE FILLMORE is devoted to performing the music of the original Allman Brothers Band as it was performed in their early years, before the untimely deaths of Duane Allman and Berry Oakley and the departure of Dickey Betts. LIVE AT THE FILLMORE strives to recreate the performances of the original Allman Brothers Band for those who remember them, along with those who wish they had been there.
